The staff here knows their stuff and are always ready to lend a hand. Plus, this place is in a great spot - super close to the town and the wineries! 🍷

location
rooms are dated some in poor condition, some remodeling done but not a comprehensive remodel like other chains do (new tile but door frame rusty)

I had a quiet room which I requested.
I was advised they don't turn on the heat until October 15. It was cool and damp during my visit.

New and modern rooms that come equipped with an AC unit and a fridge to make your stay super comfortable and convenient. 🌟 Great value for what you get here!

The location here is exceptionally nice and stunning, just by the riverside - my standard queen room came with cable TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

It was ok for laying down but not much else. This is what happens when one waits too long to book.
Had to use a roll around portable oil/ electric heater for warmth. Regular thermostat/ heating system was not working. Also, it took a long time for hot water to reach the shower.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Riverhead. The room was reasonably sized and brand-new with a fridge and ac unit, for example as described.

The hotel offers brand-new rooms that are clean and straightforward, which I appreciated. Each room comes equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge, and a work desk, making it very convenient. the location of the hotel is excellent, being close to various restaurants and parks in Riverhead and eastern Long Island. I also enjoyed dining at Haiku, a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

We had a really good stay at a good value.
The room was brand-new with a fridge and ac unit, as for instance, greatly enjoyed our time there. The price was US$ 84. This hotel was set in a central area next to eastern Long Island, downtown restaurants and breweries and the North Fork...

It was old and dirty with out of date furniture and appliances. For $20 it might have been worth it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice people.
The hotel room was the worst we've ever stayed in. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke and we've since been informed that NYS has a no-smoking law for ALL hotels. Everything was old and decrepit. There was a hole in the wall from the door knob. The shower leaked. The neighborhood was dangerous, despite being across from a police station. Locals told us the area was known for drugs and migrant workers, though we saw no sign of drugs and no itinerant could have afforded to stay there at the price we paid. Very poor value. We would have felt ripped off paying 1/4 of what we paid.

Very clean and roomy. Nice big pool - very clean. Very hospitable staff and service. It was perfect for our needs - we were traveling through Long Island, New York and wanted a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel.
